Through the financing project “Increasing competitiveness and supporting the development of the knowledge-based society through continuous improvement of employees”, our company obtained a valuable European financing of EUR 1 million.

The goal we are pursuing is to equip and modernize our training center and to organize within 24 months a number of 65 training courses in the operation of CNC machine tools for 651 people.

The courses will take place in our Training Center in Iasi, located inside the Gh. Asachi Technical University or at the headquarters of your company provided that you provide us with the necessary equipment and gather (from your company or together with other companies in your area) a group of at least 10 people.

Costs for organizing courses and catering for participants are fully funded by the project.

The courses have a duration of 117 hours divided into 15 working days , contain 38 hours of theory and 79 hours of practice and end with graduation certificate, advanced type, recognized by the Ministry of Labor, Social Solidarity and Family and the Ministry of Education, Research and Youth for the occupation of “operator of numerically controlled machine tools”, COD COR 722323.

Our training center is equipped with a vertical CNC milling center – Emco Concept MILL 55 equipped with Fanuc, Siemens and Haidenhaim as well as a CNC lathe – Emco Concept Turn 60 equipped with Fanuc and Siemens.

The goal we are pursuing through the implementation of the project is to support the development of the knowledge-based society through continuous improvement of employees, so please keep in mind the fact that the graduates of the CNC operator course must subsequently demonstrate the improvement of the level of theoretical and practical knowledge at the workplace and, therefore, have chances to be promoted to a superior position in your company
